1 CORINTHIANS 15:53 | Our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die: our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies.
1 THESSALONIANS 4:13. 16-17 | Dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. . For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout. ... First, the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.
REVELATION 21:3 | Look, God's home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.
A Christian who dies will meet God face to face and live with him forever. Your body will be totally transformed into one that will never again be subjected to sin, pain, and the limitations of this world.
JOHN 11:25-26 | [Jesus said,] "I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never die."
ROMANS 8:10 | Christ lives within you, so even though your body will die because of sin, the Spirit gives you life because you been made right with God.
For those who believe that Jesus is their Savior, death is not the end but only the beginning of an eternity of unspeakable joy with the Lord and with other believers.
How do I keep a proper perspective about death? Why am I so afraid of it?
2 CORINTHIANS 5:4 | While we live in these earthly bodies, we groan and sigh, but it's not that we want to die and get rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, we want to put on our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life.
COLOSSIANS 3:1-3 | Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven... Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth. For you died to this life, and your real life is. .. with Christ in God.
Fear of the unknown is natural, but obsession with it is not healthy. Fear of death can be useful when it draws you closer to God and causes you to make every day count for him. It is helpful to think of death as a beginning, not an end. It is your entrance into eternal life with God.
PHILIPPIANS 1:21 | Living means living for Christ, and dying is even better.
Fear of dying may be an indication of a weak relationship with God, a misunderstanding of heaven, or a lack of perspective that what you do here on earth affects how you live eternallv. The more real God is to you, che less fearsome death will be.

When you accept Jesus Christ as Lord of your life, youbare given the gift of eternal life. This does not prevent the death of your earthly body, but it does guarantee that God will
give you a new body in which your spirit will continue to live forever in heaven and where there is no aging and no more death or sickness (see Revelation 21:4).
